The eighth Happy Chinese New Year - Chinese Cultural Week started in Cabo Verde on Jan 24, 2020 and ran until Feb 1 with the cooperation of CICA and the Cape Verde China Friendship Association.
“Charming Beijing and Tianjin”, a Chinese New Year gala co-organized by the China International Culture Association and relevant departments in Beijing and Tianjin, was on stage at the Chinatown Hall in San José, the capital of Costa Rica on Feb 13, 2018.
“Happy Chinese New Year-Charming Beijing Tianjin Hebei”, an activity celebrating Chinese Spring Festival, was held at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills in Los Angeles on Feb 10, 2018.
Chinese food took center stage at the Walking Reunion Dinner, an activity held in downtown Los Angeles, USA, on Feb 8, 2018, which was Chinese Lunar New Year’s Eve.
With the approaching of the year of the sheep in the Chinese lunar calendar, the "Happy Chinese New Year, Charming Beijing" event will kick off at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills on the afternoon of February1, 2015.
