"Golden Shoot" stands out for its high content of tea amino acids, reportedly three to five times that of other tea varieties. With an impressive amino acid content of 9 percent, compared to the usual 3-4 percent in regular tea and 5-7 percent in white tea, Golden Shoot is a remarkable discovery.
