Ambassadors share their impression of Beijing in video series

A video series My Impression of Beijing premiered in Beijing on Friday. Diplomatic envoys from 25 countries including Cyprus, Turkiye, Greece, Mongolia, and Pakistan attended the launch ceremony organized by China National Publications Import & Export Co Ltd.

The series features six ambassadors to China — Martha A Mavrommatis from Cyprus, Evgenios Dimitrios Kalpyris from Greece, Tuvshin Badral from Mongolia, Moin ul Haque (the then ambassador when the video was created) from Pakistan, Siyabonga Cwele from South Africa, and Omer Mohamed Ahmed Siddig from Sudan, who talked about their impression of Beijing.

As one of the leading companies of book import and export in China, CNPIEC hosts the annual Beijing International Book Fair, one of the most influential book fairs in the world.

The six-episode series will be shown on the online platforms of BIBF during the cultural event from June 19 to 23.
