Mexican cuisine restaurant chain Q Mex Bar & Grill launched a new summer menu to bring more authentic Mexican flavors to consumers in Beijing.
The Q Steak is one of the highlights as the char-grilled beef fillet medallions are brushed with Jalapeno butter and served with Chimichurri, together with roasted vegetables and chipotle corn. The mixed spicy and smoky flavor and the bright color of the dish can lead customers on a trip to Mexico.
The barbecue pork ribs are also a must-try as the slow roasted marinated pork ribs are made with a special chipotle barbecue sauce. The juicy meat satisfies every customers' appetite.
Another summer treat is the avocado and chicken salad. The light dish combines multiple ingredients including grilled chicken, diced avocado, mixed lettuce, kale, corn, pecan nuts and pickled onions and is served with orange-agave vinaigrette.
